Organization settings
Organization → Settings is the administrator’s home. Everything organization-wide lives there, one section each:
| Section | What it controls | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| General | Name, contact information | |
| Branding | Logos, colors, favicon, email footer | Branding |
| Domains | Your own domains, DNS-verified, one primary | Custom domains |
| How your organization sends email | Email sending | |
| Identity & directory | SSO providers, directory sync, sign-in policy | SSO · Directory sync |
| AI | The assistant: persona, sender policy, actions, BYOK, usage | AI assistant |
| Monitoring | Defaults for service monitors | Proactive support |
| Widget | The embeddable support widget and its token | Widget |
| API keys | Scoped keys for your integrations | API keys |
| License | Your plan, seats and feature entitlements |
Workspace-level configuration — ticket categories, SLA policies, groups, service catalog, email channels — lives in the workspace’s own settings, because it can differ per workspace.
Every change here is recorded in the audit trail: who changed what, when.
